The Bachmann Step Alu with overvoltage protection (906.2060) is a reliable socket strip designed to protect electronic devices from power surges and spikes. The Bachmann STEP series implements the principle of modularity with absolute consistency. The STEP system is ideal for flexible energy and data supply in partition systems, at workplaces, in double floors and other connection applications . With its robust aluminum housing, the integrated overvoltage protection and the function and failure display, it is an ideal choice. STEP socket units have a power input and a power output, each integrated in the end caps on the front. The built-in GST18 connectors from Wieland are particularly tried and tested connectors for office use and have the appropriate coding and connector latching in accordance with the applicable standard.

Bachmann STEP connect / cascade socket strips
The modular socket units STEP from Bachmann have the appropriate coding and connector latching according to EN 61535 and can therefore be installed in a fixed location and connected to one another. Bachmann uses gesis and GST18 from Wieland Electric as standard.
